We love using Twenty8 essential oils daily, here are some of our favourite ways:
DIFFUSION – by adding 8-10 drops of our favourite blends to our diffuser
AROMA MISTS – take the benefits of essential oils on the go
BATHS - relaxing in an aromatic bath by adding a few drops of our favourite oils or add a few drops to bath salts
MASSAGE – combine 2-3 drops to 15ml of carrier oil (coconut or almond) for a beautiful massage
